About the academy
Talent career guidance has spent over two decades helping students and families across Kerala, Chennai, Bangalore, and Andhra Pradesh find the right B.Sc Nursing, medical, paramedical, or allied health course — and the right college to match.
Talent career guidance was founded in 2001 in Kottarakkara, Kerala, with a simple goal: help students and families cut through confusing college admission processes and find a course that actually fits the student, not just a seat that fills a quota. Our first cases were B.Sc Nursing and engineering admissions for local families — and nursing admission guidance remains the heart of what we do today.
Over more than two decades, that early nursing and admission consultancy work grew into a complete education consultancy covering medical courses, paramedical and allied health programs, and study-and-work-abroad pathways for nursing graduates. What hasn't changed is our approach: direct relationships with colleges, transparent guidance on costs and odds, and support that continues well after the admission letter arrives.
Parents considering a nursing admission consultancy for their child are usually weighing a mix of concerns — genuine college seats, honest fee information, realistic odds based on marks, and support once their son or daughter is living away from home for the first time. Our admission consultancy in Kerala was built around exactly these concerns.
While we guide students across several academic streams, our strongest focus and deepest college network is in B.Sc Nursing, medical (MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH streams), and paramedical and allied health courses — in Kerala and beyond. This concentration means our counsellors know entrance requirements, fee structures, and seat availability for nursing and medical admission in far more detail than a generalist consultancy could.
Our admissions network covers Kerala first — including Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Kochi, Thrissur, and Kozhikode — followed by Chennai, Bangalore, and Andhra Pradesh, and extending to study and work-abroad placements in the UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, and the Gulf.
What guides our counselling
We recommend the course and college that fit the student's marks, budget, and goals — not the option that pays us the most.
Because we work directly with nursing, medical, and allied health colleges, our seat and fee information stays current.
From the first counselling session to hostel arrangements and, where relevant, visa interviews — we stay involved.
